Indeterminacy is an experimental spoken‑word album by John Cage in which he reads brief stories whilst David Tudor supplies chance‑determined musical accompaniment. It explores Cage's concept of indeterminacy through the juxtaposition of spoken text with avant‑garde instrumental and electronic sound.
