Siouxsie and the Banshees

Siouxsie and the Banshees were an English post-punk band formed in London in 1976, emerging from the city's early punk scene. Their music combined dark, atmospheric textures, angular guitar work and experimental arrangements, evolving to incorporate elements of gothic rock, art pop and avant-garde influences and influencing the development of goth and alternative music.
