Organix

Album by The Roots

Organix is the debut studio album by American hip hop band The Roots, released in 1993. The album has a live-instrument sound that blends jazz and funk influences with boom-bap hip hop and dense lyrical delivery, and it was the band's first full-length release that guided their use of live instrumentation on later recordings.
