Gnosis is the debut studio album by British progressive metal band Monuments, released in 2012. The music is rooted in progressive metal and djent, with tight palm-muted guitar riffs, syncopated rhythms, layered textures and harsh and clean vocals that alternate, and it was the band's first full-length release that set the template for their subsequent records.
