Weather Report

Weather Report is the debut studio album by American jazz fusion band Weather Report, released in 1971. Musically it is rooted in jazz fusion and electric jazz with an emphasis on improvisation, layered keyboards, electronics and groove-based rhythms, and it was the first release to move the group away from acoustic jazz towards a more electric and textural approach early in their career.
