Thighs and Whispers is a studio album by American singer Bette Midler, released in 1979. Musically the album is rooted in disco and dance-pop with funk rhythms and prominent percussion, and it came after Midler's earlier theatrical pop records as a move toward more dance-oriented material in her career.
