Atlantic Crossing is the sixth studio album by Rod Stewart, released in 1975. It marked a stylistic shift from his earlier folk- and blues-inflected rock towards a more polished pop-rock and soft-rock sound with pronounced rhythm and blues and soul influences, fuller horn and keyboard arrangements, and a production approach geared to the American market that coincided with his relocation to the United States.
