War Heroes is a posthumous compilation album by Jimi Hendrix, released in 1972, collecting studio recordings and outtakes from sessions between 1967 and 1970. Compiled and mixed by Eddie Kramer and Mitch Mitchell, it spans psychedelic rock, blues rock and hard rock, and was issued by Polydor in the UK and Reprise in the US.
