The Roland CR-8000 is an analogue drum machine released by Roland in 1981 as the larger model in the CompuRhythm series, featuring 13 drum sounds, 24 preset patterns, and 8 programmable memory slots. It shares the same chassis as the CR-5000 and adds DIN Sync output and user-programmable patterns, bridging the gap between the CR-78 and the TR-808.
