Sinfóníuhljómsveit Íslands

Sinfóníuhljómsveit Íslands (the Iceland Symphony Orchestra) are the national orchestra of Iceland, based in Reykjavík and founded in 1950. They became resident at Harpa Concert Hall in 2011 and perform a repertoire spanning standard orchestral works and contemporary Icelandic compositions.
