Simon Estes

Simon Estes is an American operatic bass-baritone from Centerville, Iowa, who began his professional career in the late 1950s and is primarily associated with opera and classical music. He performed leading roles across international opera houses, took part in recordings and stage productions, and later combined performance with music education and cultural outreach that helped broaden opportunities for African American singers in classical music.
