The League of Crafty Guitarists

The League of Crafty Guitarists is an electric guitar ensemble formed in the early 1990s in the United Kingdom, drawing its membership from participants in the Guitar Craft courses and operating within progressive rock, contemporary classical and experimental guitar music. Their work emphasises tightly interlocking parts, alternate tunings and disciplined practice methods derived from Guitar Craft, moving between notated, pre-composed pieces and collective improvisation while engaging with cross-cultural and minimal music influences.
