Steve Strange

Steve Strange was a Welsh singer from Neath who emerged in the late 1970s London club scene and fronted the synthpop band Visage. Associated with the New Romantic movement, his music combined synthesiser-driven pop with glam-influenced visuals and he was prominent in the London club scene that influenced early 1980s synthpop and club fashion.
