Zdeněk Liška

Zdeněk Liška was a Czech composer from Czechoslovakia who began his career composing for radio, film and television in the mid-20th century, working across orchestral, electronic and experimental genres. He developed a style combining traditional orchestration with electronic techniques and tape manipulation, supplying distinctive sound design for Czechoslovak cinema and animation and helping to shape later approaches to film scoring.
