DJ Nu‐Mark

DJ Nu-Mark is an American DJ and producer from Los Angeles who began his career in the 1990s and is associated with hip hop and turntablism, notably as a member of the group Jurassic 5. His sample-based production, emphasis on crate-digging and vinyl culture, and a catalogue of solo releases, remixes and collaborative projects trace a progression from classic boom-bap sensibilities to instrumental and DJ-focused material within alternative hip hop and global DJ culture.
