Les Quatre Saisons is a 1965 suite of four tangos by Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla. The work blends nuevo tango with classical forms, employing expressive bandoneón-led textures, complex rhythms and harmonic innovations that signalled an important development in Piazzolla's later stylistic fusion and in the modernisation of tango.
