Things Have Got to Change is a studio album by American saxophonist Archie Shepp, released in 1971. The music blends free jazz with funk and soul elements, featuring dense horn arrangements, collective improvisation and politically charged vocals, and it follows a phase in Shepp's career when he moved toward more overtly political and R&B-influenced work in the early 1970s.
