Pay the Devil is a studio album by Northern Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison, released in 2006. The album is rooted in country and traditional pop with acoustic arrangements, pedal steel and piano, and it came late in Morrison's career as a return to American roots material after decades of work in R&B, folk, jazz and soul.
