Guitar Solos is the debut solo album by English guitarist Fred Frith, released in 1974. The album consists of unaccompanied experimental electric guitar improvisations that employ extended and prepared techniques, emphasising texture, unconventional timbres and non-traditional structures, and it represented a significant shift from his ensemble work into solo experimental practice.
