The Joker is a studio album by the American rock band Steve Miller Band, released in 1973. It is rooted in blues rock and soft rock with a mellow, acoustic-centred sound, prominent electric guitar tones and smooth vocal harmonies, and it came at a time when the band moved toward a more radio-friendly mainstream style in the early 1970s.
