The People’s Champ is the second solo studio album by Houston rapper Paul Wall, released in 2005 through Swishahouse, Asylum and Atlantic, rooted in Southern hip hop and Houston’s chopped-and-screwed aesthetics with themes of car culture and street life. A screwed-and-chopped edition was released, mixed by Michael ‘5000’ Watts.
