We're New Here is a 2011 remix album featuring the vocals of American musician Gil Scott-Heron. The release reworks material from his late-career return into minimalist electronic and dub-influenced arrangements that blend stripped-back beats, atmospheric samples and fragmented spoken-word phrasing, presenting a reinterpretation of his soul- and poetry-infused style within an electronic framework.
