Sonny's Time Now is an album by American drummer Sunny Murray, released in 1965. The album is in the free jazz idiom and features loose timekeeping, shifting textures, extended percussion techniques and collective improvisation, and it comes early in Murray's development as a leader who used a more textural approach to drumming within 1960s avant-garde jazz.
