Songs from the West Coast is the twenty-sixth studio album by English singer-songwriter Elton John, released in 2001. The album adopts a mostly piano-led, singer-songwriter pop-rock sound with pared-back arrangements and classic rock influences, signalling a return to the more intimate, 1970s-inspired aesthetic that characterised much of his early career.
