Rancid is the debut studio album by American punk band Rancid, released in 1993. The album was rooted in punk rock with street punk and ska influences and has fast tempos, gritty guitar work, raw vocals and driving basslines, and it was the band's first full-length release that helped define their early role in the 1990s punk revival.
