Revelation

Revelation is the third studio album by American jazz organist Doug Carn, released in 1973. Musically it is rooted in spiritual and soul jazz and has organ-centred arrangements, modal harmonies, extended improvisation and vocal passages that address social themes, and it follows Carn's early 1970s recordings and blends jazz improvisation with funk and gospel elements.
