Cello Concertos nos 1 & 2
Album by Antonín Dvořák & Česká filharmonie & Václav Neumann & Miloš Sádlo
Antonín Dvořák composed two cello concertos: the first in A major in 1865, and the second in B minor in 1894–1895. The B minor concerto is renowned for its rich orchestration and emotional depth, while the A major concerto, left un-orchestrated and unpublished during his lifetime, is less frequently performed.
