Amygdala is DJ Koze’s third studio album, released in 2013 by Pampa Records, drawing on microhouse, minimal techno, downtempo and ambient influences, and featuring guest appearances from Caribou, Apparat, Matthew Dear, Milosh and Ada. Named after the brain region involved in emotion, it presents collaborative, vocal-led electronic tracks within a house and experimental context.
