Moa Anbessa is a studio album by Ethiopian saxophonist Gétatchèw Mèkurya, released in 1971. It features raw, urgent tenor sax lines rooted in Ethiopian modal melodies and jazz phrasing over rolling, syncopated rhythms, and it comes from a period in Mèkurya's career when he recorded widely in Addis Ababa as part of the local jazz scene.
