Ege Bamyası is the third studio album by German group Can, released in 1972 by United Artists after sessions at their Inner Space Studio in Weilerswist, self-produced by the band with engineering by Holger Czukay. It explores krautrock and experimental rock with psychedelic and funk elements, built from collective improvisation and tape editing; its title is Turkish for ‘Aegean okra’, reflected in the cover art.
