Symphonie Nr. 5

Symphonie Nr. 5 is the fifth symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, completed in 1876. The work is a large-scale late-Romantic symphony in B-flat major characterised by dense counterpoint, expansive structures, intricate motivic development and bold brass writing, and it occupies a central position in Bruckner's mature symphonic output as an example of his architectural approach to form.
