Dinner in Caracas is an album by Aldemaro Romero and his Salon Orchestra, released in 1955. It is an album of Venezuelan folk melodies arranged for a light pop-salon orchestra with strings, brass and Latin rhythms, and it followed Romero's earlier work that helped introduce Venezuelan music to international audiences.
