Gruppo di improvvisazione "Nuova consonanza" is the eponymous studio album by Italian ensemble Gruppo di Improvvisazione Nuova Consonanza, released in 1969. The record experiments with collective free improvisation, extended instrumental techniques, tape manipulation and electroacoustic methods, and is an early example of European avant-garde practice that bridged contemporary classical composition and experimental sound exploration.
