Xerrox, Vol.1

Xerrox Vol.1 is a studio album by German electronic artist Alva Noto, released in 2007. The record explores ambient and electronic soundscapes through processes of digital copying and transformation of source material, emphasising washed-out textures, delicate melodic threads and a cinematic, meditative atmosphere, and it marks the beginning of the artist's Xerrox series as a conceptual shift from his earlier glitch-oriented work.
