Watercolors is the second studio album by American jazz guitarist Pat Metheny, released in 1977. The album is a blend of jazz and contemporary instrumental music with lyrical and spacious guitar work, subtle electric textures, warm acoustic tones and atmospheric arrangements, and it develops the melodic and harmonic approach he began on his debut while suggesting directions he explored in later work.
