Midway

Album by John Williams

Midway is the soundtrack album to the 1976 film of the same name, composed by American composer John Williams and released in 1976. Coming after his 1975 score for Jaws, the album features large-scale orchestral writing with martial rhythms, prominent brass fanfares and sweeping string textures characteristic of Williams's cinematic style of the period and his work scoring large-scale action and war films.
