Brandenburg Concertos Nos. 4, 5 & 6 are three of the six concertos in Johann Sebastian Bach's Brandenburg Concertos, published as a set in 1721. They exemplify the Baroque concerto grosso and chamber concerto idioms, combining soloistic passages and ensemble counterpoint with inventive instrumental colours and occupy a key place in Bach's output and the development of the Baroque concerto.
