Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses is the debut studio album by American grindcore band Brutal Truth, released in 1992. It is a raw, high-velocity blend of grindcore, death metal, noise and experimental textures with abrasive vocals, blast beats and abrupt tempo changes, and it was the band's first full-length release that placed them within the early 1990s extreme music underground.
