This single is an early 1977 release by American rock band Talking Heads. Musically it exemplifies the band's early art-punk and new wave approach, featuring angular guitar lines, syncopated rhythms and funk-influenced bass within spare, rhythm-driven arrangements that helped position them in the late 1970s New York punk and new wave scene and foreshadowed their debut album.
