Symphony No. 2, Op. 43 / Finlandia, Op. 26 is a release of orchestral works by Finnish composer Jean Sibelius, composed in 1902 and 1899 respectively. Both pieces exemplify late-Romantic Nordic symphonic writing, with rich orchestration, long-breathed melodic development and elements of Finnish nationalism that helped consolidate Sibelius's voice and influence Scandinavian music history.
