Document and Eyewitness is a live album by English rock band Wire, released in 1981. The album is a raw, partly improvised live record that mixes post-punk guitar textures with abrasive noise and abrupt tempo shifts, and it comes after the band's early studio albums during a time when they explored more experimental performance approaches.
