Partitas Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are part of Johann Sebastian Bach's keyboard Partitas, first published in 1731. These Baroque keyboard suites weave sequences of dance movements with contrapuntal textures, expressive melodic writing and technical demands, and they appear within the Clavier-Übung I collection through which Bach consolidated his mature exploration of keyboard forms and technique.
