EML ElectroComp 101
Synthesizer by Electronic Music Laboratories
Electronic Music Laboratories introduced the ElectroComp 101 in 1972 as a portable, patchable duophonic synthesizer with up to four oscillators and a multimode filter. Its op-amp-based design was notably more stable than the transistor circuits used by contemporaries like Moog and ARP, and its sweepable waveforms gave it a warm, distinctive character.
