How do I export a playlist to Spotify?

TL;DR

Open your playlist on Raygum, click the Spotify button, and the playlist will be created in your Spotify account.

Exporting to Spotify

  1. Make sure your Spotify account is connected in Settings > Linked Accounts
  2. Open the playlist you want to export
  3. Click the Spotify button in the export bar
  4. Raygum will create a new playlist in your Spotify account and add the matched tracks
  5. A results screen will show how many tracks were added and any that could not be found on Spotify

What if I am not connected?

If you click the Spotify export button without a connected account, you will be redirected to Spotify to sign in and authorize Raygum. After authorizing, the export will begin automatically.

Track matching

Raygum searches Spotify for each track by title and artist. Most tracks match automatically. The results screen lists any tracks that could not be found so you can add them manually in Spotify.

Playlist artwork

If your Raygum playlist has a custom cover image, it will be uploaded to the Spotify playlist automatically. If the artwork upload requires re-authentication, the results screen will let you know.
