Rap Rock

Rap Rock came to life in the late 1980s, specifically when some clever souls decided that shouting rhymes over heavy guitar riffs was the perfect way to confuse purists from both camps. It's an enjoyable fusion characterised by high-energy performances, gruff vocals, and the unshakeable belief that you can rock out whilst also spitting bars. If nothing else, it provided a much-needed excuse for angry teenagers to headbang whilst pondering the existential dread of, well, everything.
