Limp Bizkit are an American rap rock band formed in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1994, typically associated with nu metal and alternative metal. They blend heavy metal riffs, hip hop rhythms, DJ sampling and a mix of rapped and sung vocals, a style closely associated with late 1990s and early 2000s nu metal that later incorporated elements of funk and electronic production.
