The La’s
The La's are an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1983, associated with jangle pop and indie/alternative rock. Their music combined 1960s-influenced pop melodies and jangly guitar tones with concise songcraft, and a protracted recording process limited their official catalogue while prompting ongoing discussion of their place in the development of British indie and Britpop.
