Vanity 6

Vanity 6 were an American female vocal trio formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1982 that performed R&B, pop and funk within the Minneapolis sound of the early 1980s. Their music combined synth-driven funk and pop songcraft with a provocative visual image, and the group's short career and repertoire contributed to the sexually charged aesthetics and club-oriented R&B of that era.
