The Rumble Strips are an English indie rock band formed in Devon in the mid-2000s, blending indie rock with soul and pop influences in their early material. Their music is characterised by brassy, soul-inflected arrangements and energetic rhythms, and over time they explored more expansive and reflective arrangements while undergoing periods of hiatus and later returns to recording.
