Stereophonics
Stereophonics are a Welsh rock band formed in Cwmaman, Wales, in 1992, playing a blend of rock, alternative rock and post-Britpop. Initially rooted in raw, guitar-driven rock and storytelling lyrics reflecting a working-class Welsh background, their sound has since incorporated more polished production, acoustic balladry and atmospheric textures while remaining within mainstream British rock traditions.
